Evil Dead Burn

A closer look at the story

Alice is reeling from her husband's sudden death. Hoping to ease her grief, she takes refuge with the family he left behind at their isolated house far from the city. But this is no ordinary family: they are the descendants of a leading researcher into demonic possession. The house where she hoped to find comfort soon turns into a bloody trap when dark forces come into play. One after another, Alice's in-laws turn into terrifying Deadites that feed on fear, and the family gathering becomes a living hell. Fighting to survive, Alice will learn in the most horrifying way that the vows she made when she married live on even after death. Directed by Sébastien Vaniček, who wrote it with Florent Bernard, this 110-minute 2026 horror film stars Souheila Yacoub, Tandi Wright and Hunter Doohan.
