By using KinoNook (www.kinonook.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

KinoNook is a platform with information, news and community features about films and series. It does not stream films or episodes and does not provide viewing links. Information on the site is for general purposes; release dates, casts and other details can change.

2. Membership

• Provide accurate and current information when you sign up; you must verify your email address.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use.
• You may not impersonate others or choose a misleading username. Usernames that resemble official or administrator names are reserved.

3. Community rules

In reviews, comments, lists and discussions, do not:

• post unlawful content, hate speech, threats, harassment or insults,
• share other people's personal data without permission,
• publish advertising, spam or misleading content,
• post spoilers without marking them,
• endanger the system, other members or the security of the service, or scrape data in bulk by automated means.

4. User content

The reviews, comments, lists and other content you write remain yours. You grant us a non-transferable licence, valid for as long as your account exists, to publish, store and display it on the site. If you delete content or close your account, the content is removed from the site.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.

5. Moderation

We may hide or remove content that breaks the rules and warn or suspend members temporarily or permanently. If you believe a decision was wrong, you can appeal.

6. Intellectual property and copyright

The design, software and original text of the site belong to KinoNook and may not be copied without permission. Posters, photographs and promotional images belong to their rights holders and are shown only to promote the title.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, send the page address and your request to [email protected]; we will review it and remove content where appropriate.

7. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Limits of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise that information will always be complete, current or error free, or that the service will run without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will announce significant changes on the site. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms. You can delete your account at any time in your settings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
