Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse — Miles Morales finds his feet
A closer look at the story
Brooklyn teenager Miles Morales is trying to find his place between school and family when a radioactive spider bites him and he discovers he has astonishing powers just like Spider-Man's. While he is still trying to understand what his new abilities mean, he stumbles on a huge particle collider built by Wilson "Kingpin" Fisk. The machine pulls spider heroes from other universes into Miles's world, among them one Peter B. Parker. Directed by Bob Persichetti, Peter Ramsey and Rodney Rothman and written by Phil Lord and Rothman, the 117-minute 2018 animated film, voiced by Shameik Moore, Jake Johnson, Hailee Steinfeld and Mahershala Ali, is an inventive superhero adventure.
