Iron Man 2
Iron Man 2: The armour he will not hand over
A closer look at the story
Everyone now knows that Tony Stark is Iron Man, and that fame brings heavy pressure with it. Washington, the newspapers and ordinary citizens alike want Stark to share the technology behind his armour with the military. Fearing that the knowledge could end up in the wrong hands, Tony has no intention of giving up his invention. Backed by Pepper Potts and his friend Rhodey, he resists that pressure while having to find new allies and stand up to powerful enemies who challenge him. Directed by Jon Favreau from a screenplay by Justin Theroux, the 124-minute 2010 film pairs Robert Downey Jr. with Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Scarlett Johansson and Sam Rockwell in a superhero action film.
