Silo

A closer look at the story

In a ruined, poisoned future, thousands of people live out their lives in a gigantic silo buried deep underground. The outside world is considered uninhabitable, while life inside the silo is governed by rules. Then one day the silo's sheriff breaks one of its most fundamental rules. Afterwards, some residents begin to die under mysterious circumstances. Juliette Nichols, an engineer, suspects that what is happening is no coincidence and sets out to investigate. The more questions she asks, the more she runs into shocking secrets that could shake the silo, and everyone living in it, to the core. Created by Graham Yost and streaming on Apple TV since 2023, this science-fiction drama stars Rebecca Ferguson as Juliette, with Common and Tim Robbins also in the cast.
