Insidious: Out of the Further

A closer look at the story

Gemma is a young mother raising her little daughter in the house where she herself grew up. One day Gemma realises she has a strange ability she never knew about: she can cross into the eerie dimension called the Further, where dark presences roam. The truly frightening discovery, however, comes next. Gemma also has the power to bring what lives in the Further back into the real world. This ability drags her and her daughter into terrible danger. Gemma has to confront this dark dimension both to understand her own power and to protect her child.
