Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation

A closer look at the story

A thirty-four-year-old man without a job, who has never achieved anything in life, is run over by a truck and dies while trying to save a stranger from a traffic accident. But his story does not end there. He opens his eyes in an entirely different world where magic is real, as a newborn baby named Rudeus Greyrat. Reborn with all the knowledge, experience and regrets of his previous life, Rudeus decides that this time he will not repeat the same mistakes and will live the full life he always dreamed of. With extraordinary magical abilities and an adult mind, he is regarded as a genius by his family and those around him, yet deep down he still carries his old otaku soul. Making new friends, mastering magic and finding the courage to do everything he always wanted to, Rudeus sets out on an epic adventure. Launched on TOKYO MX in 2021, this fantasy anime features Yumi Uchiyama as the voice of Rudeus and Tomokazu Sugita as his former self.
