A closer look at the story

Arcade bad guy Ralph and his equally misfit friend Vanellope von Schweetz face a crisis when her game, Sugar Rush, breaks down. The only thing that can save it is a replacement part, and the only place they can find one is the internet. Risking everything, the pair dive into the vast network and soon realise they have taken on more than they can handle. To find their way in this unfamiliar world they have to rely on the internet's citizens, the "netizens", among them Yesss, the algorithm in charge of the trend-setting site BuzzzTube. Directed by Rich Moore and Phil Johnston, the 112-minute 2018 sequel adds Gal Gadot as Shank and Taraji P. Henson as Yesss to the voice cast in a witty adventure.
