Zootopia 2

A closer look at the story

Rookie officers Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde have just solved the most important case the city of Zootopia has ever seen. When a reptile named Gary De'Snake arrives in town, the mammal metropolis is thrown into turmoil, and the pair find themselves on the winding trail of a major mystery. To solve the case, Judy and Nick have to go undercover and slip into unexpected parts of the city they have never seen before. The deeper they venture into unfamiliar streets, the more both the knots of the case and their partnership are tested as never before. In this 108-minute 2025 adventure animation co-directed by Jared Bush and Byron Howard, Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman return as the voices of Judy and Nick, with Ke Huy Quan joining the cast as Gary.
