Spider-Man: Far From Home
Spider-Man: Far From Home — when holiday plans fall apart
A closer look at the story
After Avengers: Endgame, all Peter Parker wants is to forget about being a hero for a few weeks on a school trip around Europe with Ned, MJ and his classmates. That plan is soon shelved: Nick Fury asks for his help in uncovering the secret behind mysterious creatures that are causing enormous destruction in different parts of the continent. Agreeing reluctantly, Peter joins forces against the threat with an enigmatic hero known as Mysterio, though not everything may be what it appears. Jon Watts directs from a McKenna and Sommers script; the 129-minute 2019 film stars Tom Holland, Jake Gyllenhaal, Samuel L. Jackson and Marisa Tomei in a fast-moving superhero adventure.
