In the wake of the shattering conclusion of Infinity War, the universe has been left in ruins by Thanos. The surviving heroes struggle to carry the weight of what they have lost, until a handful of them decide to gather one final time and look for a way to reverse what happened. Their effort to put the universe right, whatever it may cost, forces each of them to reckon with their own past and with one another. With Anthony and Joe Russo again at the helm and Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely writing, this 181-minute 2019 film stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth and Scarlett Johansson in a large-ensemble finale.
