Obsession
Obsession: The dark price of a wish
A closer look at the story
A young man, a hopeless romantic, cannot find a way to win the heart of the girl he has a crush on. In desperation he breaks the mysterious "One Wish Willow", said in legend to grant a single wish, and makes his greatest wish. Against all expectation it comes true, and he gets exactly what he asked for. His joy does not last, though, for he soon begins to realise that some desires come with a dark and sinister price. The granted wish pulls his life in directions he never imagined. Written and directed by Curry Barker, the 109-minute 2026 film stars Michael Johnston, Inde Navarrette, Cooper Tomlinson and Andy Richter in a horror thriller.
