Furious 7

A closer look at the story

Furious 7 pits Dominic Toretto and his crew against a threat they never saw coming. Deckard Shaw is a British covert-operations assassin bent on revenge. He holds Dom and his family responsible for what happened to his younger brother, Owen, who now lies in a coma, and he sets about hunting down those he blames one by one, with cold precision. The crew only grasps the danger when the Toretto home is blown apart. Determined to protect his family, Dom turns to a high-ranking government agent for help. That assistance comes with a price: they must recover a tracking device that was developed for the United States government. And so the team climbs back behind the wheel, trying both to survive Shaw's onslaught and to pull off this risky mission. James Wan directed this 138-minute action film from 2015, written by Chris Morgan. Vin Diesel plays Dominic Toretto and Paul Walker plays Brian O'Conner, with Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez and Tyrese Gibson also in the cast.
