A closer look at the story

Some old school friends hire a chalet in the countryside to unwind and have fun the way they used to. The modern house has everything needed for a comfortable, enjoyable break, including a smart speaker called "Alyona". Alyona is very good at keeping guests entertained and has plenty of "skills": she can solve puzzles and run the house. But Alyona knows something else, too: the skeletons each of the friends keeps in the closet. Before long, the device invites the whole group to play a game called "Find the Killer". The goal is to work out how their best friend really died, whose death came in strange circumstances. Directed by Oleg Vitvicki and written by Lerika Vitvitski, this 104-minute 2025 Russian thriller stars Polina Fedina, Ilya Antonenko and Boris Dergachev.
