Ici tout commence is a French drama series set at the prestigious culinary school founded by celebrated chef Auguste Armand. The series follows the lives of the students who train there and the people employed there. The world of professional cooking is neither as glamorous nor as easy as it looks from the outside; students and teachers alike face intense pressure, fierce competition and demanding tests every day. The show explores the characters' working and private lives in depth. Alongside the battles fought at the stove, secrets, jealousies, rivalries and tangled relationships hidden in the school's corridors gradually come to light. Created by Othman Mahfoud, Eric Fuhrer and Coline Assous and airing on TF1 since 2020, the series features actors including Aurélie Pons, Julie Sassoust, Rébecca Benhamour and Nicolas Anselmo.
