Zootopia
Zootopia: A bunny determined to be a cop
A closer look at the story
Zootopia is a modern city where mammals of every kind live side by side in districts ranging from upmarket Sahara Square to chilly Tundratown, a place where, so they say, anyone can be anything. When the optimistic Judy Hopps arrives as the first rabbit ever to join the city's police force, she soon finds that proving herself among big, tough animals is anything but easy. At her first real opportunity she takes on a mysterious case, but to crack it she has to team up with Nick Wilde, a smooth-talking con-artist fox. Directed by Byron Howard and Rich Moore and written by Jared Bush and Phil Johnston, the 109-minute 2016 animated film, voiced by Ginnifer Goodwin, Jason Bateman and Idris Elba, is a witty detective adventure.
