Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation

A closer look at the story

Dracula has been too busy with his hotel to take a breath, so his daughter Mavis springs a big surprise on him: a holiday for the whole family aboard a luxury monster cruise ship. The trip will finally give Dracula a chance to unwind. Johnny and Dracula's monster friends are not about to miss the fun either. On board, everything from monster volleyball to enormous buffets and exotic excursions awaits them. But things take an unexpected turn when Dracula falls for the ship's alluring captain, Ericka, who has a hidden past: she is a descendant of the famous monster hunter Abraham Van Helsing. Juggling family, friends and a blossoming romance will not be easy, even for the most powerful vampire of all. Directed by Genndy Tartakovsky, the 97-minute 2018 film features the voices of Adam Sandler, Selena Gomez, Kathryn Hahn and Andy Samberg in a family animation.
