Scary Movie

A closer look at the story

A full twenty-six years have passed since they managed to escape a masked killer who looked suspiciously familiar. The original foursome, Cindy Campbell, Brenda Meeks, Ray Wilkins and Shorty Meeks, have somehow got on with their lives. But the past will not leave them alone. The killer known as Ghostface targets the foursome once more, as if picking up exactly where things left off. This time everything gets even crazier, because no horror film and no famous horror franchise will escape the spoofing that tears down everything the four of them touch. Directed by Michael Tiddes and written by the Wayans brothers with Rick Alvarez, this 96-minute 2026 comedy brings back Regina Hall, Anna Faris, Shawn Wayans and Marlon Wayans in their old roles.
