Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows

A closer look at the story

Having foiled the plans of their arch-enemy Shredder in the first film, the four young ninja turtles Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo carry on protecting New York City from the shadows. But the peace is short-lived: Shredder manages to escape custody and quickly builds himself a new team. With the deranged scientist Baxter Stockman on his side, along with two not-so-bright henchmen, Bebop and Rocksteady, Shredder hatches a fiendish plan to conquer the world. While the Turtles prepare for a showdown with Shredder's new gang, they come up against a far mightier villain with the same ambitions: the infamous Krang. Directed by Dave Green, the 112-minute 2016 film stars Megan Fox, Pete Ploszek, Alan Ritchson and Noel Fisher in an action adventure.
