JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

A closer look at the story

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure tells of a feud that spans generations between the Joestar family and assorted forces of evil, the most dangerous of them being Dio Brando and his followers. It all begins with Jonathan Joestar, a wealthy, well-born boy whose life is the envy of everyone. Dio Brando, an ambitious and gifted boy taken in by the Joestars after his father's death, changes everything from the moment he enters Jonathan's life. The rivalry that begins between the two boys grows over time into a relentless struggle between two families, stretching across years and generations. Each new part brings a different generation of Joestars up against the dangers and bizarre enemies of its own era; names such as Joseph Joestar and Jotaro Kujo belong to this legendary bloodline. Launched in 2012 and reaching audiences via Netflix and TOKYO MX, this action anime features the voices of Daisuke Ono, Takehito Koyasu and Unsho Ishizuka.
