Raw

A closer look at the story

WWE Raw is a professional wrestling programme produced by WWE that has been coming to screens on Monday nights for many years. The show is broadcast live and on a regular schedule all year round, making it one of the week's unmissable appointments for fans. On Raw, WWE's biggest names, the wrestlers known as Superstars, step into the ring. Thrilling matches, rivalries between opponents and staged spectacle form the core of the programme. The energy of a live broadcast and the enthusiasm of the crowd turn every episode into a show in its own right. Over the years, names such as Seth Rollins, The Miz and Triple H have appeared on the programme, while Jerry Lawler and Michael Cole have been among its familiar faces. Created by Vince McMahon, Raw has been on the air since 1993 and has reached audiences through several channels and platforms, USA Network chief among them.
