Scream 7: Sidney Prescott's past comes knocking again
A closer look at the story
Sidney Prescott has put the bloody past that haunted her for years behind her and built a brand-new life in a quiet town. She now has a family, a peaceful home and hopes for the future. That peace is shattered, however, when a new Ghostface killer appears in town. Sidney's darkest fear comes true: the killer's next target is her own daughter. Refusing to run, Sidney decides to stand and fight for the people she loves. To succeed, though, she must face the horrors of the past she has spent years trying to bury and end this bloody cycle once and for all. Directed by Kevin Williamson, who wrote it with Guy Busick, this 114-minute 2026 horror film sees Neve Campbell and Courteney Cox return to their legendary roles.
