A closer look at the story
You Can See Everything is an unusual documentary about Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes, one of Silicon Valley's most debated figures. Thirty-four days before she is due to go to prison, Holmes invites a film crew that is wary of her to record her every move. At first the project looks like a close-up study of an enigmatic woman about whom a great deal has been said. As the process continues, however, the project heads in a direction no one foresaw. What starts as a straightforward portrait becomes a dizzying, perception-bending journey stretching over three years. Directed by Nathan Fielder and Lance Oppenheim, this 174-minute 2026 documentary features Elizabeth Holmes, Nathan Fielder and Billy Evans, along with Amanda Seyfried and Christopher Abbott.
