Rise of the Guardians

A closer look at the story

When the evil spirit known as Pitch decides to spread fear across the world and destroy children's beliefs and dreams, the immortal Guardians have had enough. Legendary heroes such as North, Tooth and Bunny are forced, for the very first time, to team up and safeguard the hopes and imagination of children everywhere. To defeat Pitch, though, they will also need Jack Frost to join the team. Directed by Peter Ramsey and adapted by David Lindsay-Abaire from the work of William Joyce, this 97-minute 2012 animated feature, with Chris Pine, Alec Baldwin, Jude Law, Isla Fisher and Hugh Jackman among its voice cast, is a fantasy adventure.
