Criminal Minds

A closer look at the story

Criminal Minds starts from a simple yet chilling idea: if you want to catch a criminal, you have to learn to think like one. Working at the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit in Quantico, an elite group of profilers sets out to decode the most warped and dangerous criminal minds in the country. Behavioural psychology, statistics, years of experience and sharp deductions are the team's most powerful weapons. Their goal is to use offenders' psychology and patterns of behaviour to predict their next move and stop them before they can strike again. Veteran agent David Rossi, one of the unit's founders, also comes back to support the team on new cases. Created by Jeff Davis, the series has aired on CBS and Paramount+ since 2005 and is a crime drama featuring Matthew Gray Gubler, A.J. Cook, Joe Mantegna and Kirsten Vangsness.
